Save the icon to your computer |

Select the "People" menu on the buddy list window |

Click "Select Buddy Icon" |

Click the "Buddy Icon" tab |

Click "My Buddy Icon" |

Choose "Browse" to find your icon. Click on your image's file name to make that image your IM icon |
