Harry B. Miller III, Dune Editor

Frank Herbert's Dune editor Harry B. Miller III has been a film editor in Hollywood since graduating with a Master's Degree from the University of Southern California in 1981.

Miller's editing credits include the features Jack's Back, Gladiator, A Murder of Crows and Birddog. He also edited the large-format 3-D feature Journey of Man featuring Cirque du Soleil. And now he adds the miniseries Frank Herbert's Dune to his résumé.

Miller and Frank Herbert's Dune writer-director John Harrison have teamed up as an editing-directing duo previously on four films, including Tales From the Darkside: The Movie, which won the Grand Prix at the Avoriaz Festival in 1991, and the telefilms Donor Unknown and Assassination File.

Miller lives in southern California with his wife, Nancy, and his son, Winn.
