SCI FI PREMIERES THREE NEW TRAILERS OF FRANK HERBERT'S DUNE

Fans eagerly-awaiting the SCI FI presentation of Frank Herbert's DUNE, a true adaptation of one of the most loved and read futuristic stories ever published, will be rewarded with never before seen footage of the epic mini-series beginning July 31. A new trailer teasing the highly anticipated six-hour Frank Herbert's DUNE will air during the three nights of SCI FI's original vampire mini-series, Ultraviolet begining Monday, July 31, 2000 at 8pm (ET).
SCI FI presents Frank Herbert's DUNE, as a widescreen event on December 3-5, 2000.
Ultraviolet, a tale of vampire infestation with a contemporary edge stars Jack Davenport, Susannah Harker, Idris Elba and Philip Quast as members of a state-sanctioned vampire-fighting squad. Written and directed by Joe Ahearne, the six-hour original miniseries will air over three consecutive nights as part of SCI FI's All Original Summer programming strategy. All Original Summer will showcase all new episodes of SCI FI's original series without repeat, along with various specials and movies.
