01/30/00 Get Up Off Your Brain And Use It. By Eddie Nambulous We don’t use enough of our brains loyal readers. That’s not a slam, let’s call it a nudge, a poke that says ‘Hey, you’ve got one-hundred and sixty megs of ram just gathering dust up there so fill it with something, will ya!?’ Sometimes I wonder how easy it would be to send those pesky aliens packing if we could access that majority percent we carry around in our skulls like the extra underwear you don’t need on a long weekend. So don’t be put off by the truth, because I know that as long as you’re out there reading this you’re pumping those muscles more than the next guy. We’re the next brainiacs, obsessed with the truth, obsessed with figuring this junk out – hyper aware. I’m only suggesting that we all spend more time trying to work our selves on a different level. We need to pick up rocks with our gray matter rather than trying to pick up bunnies at the local gym. And it’s not like none of us are getting to it – how else can we explain psychics and clairvoyants and hypnotic projectionists – the brain-energy-tossing giants of Foster’s latest Gua encounter. Turns out these wonder-humans were actually working for the government on this spin -- in league with one of our favorite military fronts. The public knows them as SETI – the Search for Extra Terrestrial Intelligence. We know them as a tax payers cipher, a group that probably knows about the ancients on Mars and the babes of Venus but pretends to remain blissfully ignorant. Either way, when Foster got to Prescott, Maine it looked like a psychic team was onto the Gua – and that they were in danger of getting knocked off. The Gua ain’t dopes, my brethren, but neither are we. Foster bet the aliens realized humans with psychic abilities might be able to expose them. They sent one of their guys, or in this case, gals, into the group as a spy to learn psychic skills and throw the whole program off and its members into an early grave. Foster went to war in his mind, while there he got some help from another human, whose gift is to access those unused areas I’ve been talking about – Quinn proved just how powerful a thing the mind can be. They say if you die in your sleep you bite the big one on the physical plane as well. Foster tested the theory but he won’t have an answer for you any time soon. He and Quinn fought the nightmare demon and lived. Sayonara boogey-man. We got your number and our brains have a potential we ain’t about to squander.
