HOW TO ENTER: Enter online at www.scifi.com/getinthegate and follow all instructions included therein. All entries must contain the following Entrant information:

1. name;
2. date of birth;
3. address;
4. daytime telephone number;
5. e-mail address;
6. SCIFI.COM handle; and
7. SCIFI.COM password.

Limit one entry per person or per e-mail address per day. All entries become the property of SCI FI Channel, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, N.Y. 10112 ("Sponsor") and will not be returned or acknowledged. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: Random drawings will be conducted by employees of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. Drawings will be conducted on or about Sept. 29, 2006.

PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV) & ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and a walk-on role on Stargate SG-1 or Stargate Atlantis (collectively, "Series") for the winner. The trip to Vancouver shall include: coach-class airfare for winner and one (1) guest from the major airport closest to winner's home, to Vancouver; three (3) days, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy); and a walk-on role for the winner on Stargate SG-1 or Stargate Atlantis. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $2,000. Actual value of trip depends on location of winner and fares at time of departure. Winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure date, destination, and return date. Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (i.e., passports) prior to travel. Winner's travel companion will be required to complete a travel release prior to travel. A parent or legal guardian must accompany a traveling minor. Walk-on part is subject to availability. The television series filming date and location of shooting will be determined exclusively by the Sponsor in conjunction with the television series' producer. Date of walk-on role to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Attempt will be made to notify the winner a minimum of 30 days in advance of walk-on role filming date. All meals, taxes, gratuities, expenses and incidentals not mentioned herein are grand-prize winner's responsibility. Travel must be completed within 12 months of award. Travel subject to availability and certain blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Winner is responsible for any and all applicable taxes associated with prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. All travel and hotel arrangements and selections shall be determined by Sponsor, which, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation. Regarding all travel, certain restrictions may apply. Travel must be completed on dates selected by Sponsor or winner forfeits the prize. All travel and lodging will be at the risk of Winner and guest. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a similar prize or prize component of equal or greater value. This prize cannot be transferred by Winner or redeemed for cash and is valid only as detailed above, with no substitution of prize by Winner.

The nature of the walk-on role in which the Grand Prize Winner will appear will be made by the Series' producers in their sole and exclusive discretion. Series producers are not obligated to broadcast or otherwise use or exploit the Series or any part thereof. All details of the walk-on role to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion, subject to availability and production exigencies. Winner must be available during the Series' production schedule and on the dates selected by Sponsor. If the Series is not in production, or if the Series is cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed prior to Grand Prize Winner's appearance, or in the event that any prize component is not available for any reason, then remaining elements of prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Sponsor is not under any obligation to broadcast or otherwise use the footage of Winner's walk-on role and any decision to do so is in its sole and exclusive discretion.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Grand Prize Winner will be notified by mail and/or e-mail. Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete, notarize, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability ("Affidavit") and a Publicity Release ("Release") within ten (10) days of delivery. (If winner is considered a minor in his or her state of residence, a parent or legal guardian must complete, sign, notarize, and return Affidavit and Release on minor's behalf.) If the Affidavit and Release are not returned within such time period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from among all eligible non-winning entries received. Prepaid overnight mail service and a fax number will be supplied to the Grand Prize Winner. If any prize-notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The Grand Prize will be awarded to the verified winner within approximately thirty (30) days after the return of a properly executed Affidavit and Release. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name, hometown, and likeness for promotional purposes in any and all media (including online posting) without additional compensation.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C., age 18 or older as of July 13, 2006. Employees and their immediate families of the Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to enter or win.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate the rules or interfere with this Sweepstakes in any manner. If disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate entrant's eligibility to participate in this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law.

Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, NBC Universal Inc. and their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, including advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and legal counsel (collectively, "Releasees"), from any and all liability, claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from their participation in this Sweepstakes or from their acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded hereunder. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of the Winner(s). The value of each prize represents the Sponsor's good-faith determination of the maximum retail value thereof. For Form 1099 reporting purposes, each winner shall be bound by such good-faith determination. By entering, entrants agree to comply with these official rules, including all eligibility requirements. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these official rules.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Online entries made with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities, or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. In case of a dispute, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry is made. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Neither Releasees, nor any telephone network or service provider, are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, or software, inability to access any online service or Web site, inability to submit the online entry form or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer, related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or for late, lost, stolen, or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of entries will be accepted. If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any Web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of this Sweepstakes and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, the Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing to award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the applicable drawing prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorist threat or activity, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.
