When a scientist in a Red China-like nation invents a serum that permits human flesh to be remolded and shaped at will, the country's premier sees a way of taking over the world.
By murdering the president of the United States and replacing him with an Asian who looks exactly the same as the dead president but who follows orders from the premier, they are well on the way towards accomplishing their goal. But the president's daughter, initially fooled by the impostor's appearance, becomes suspicious of her "father's" attitude toward her.
NOTE: Sydney Blackmer's acting career spans decades; he was the lead villain in one of the first Hopalong Cassidy films, Heart of The West.
