NIGHTMARE Directed by John Erman Written by Joseph Stefano A group of astronauts is captured on the planet Ebon and made prisoners of war. The Ebonites interrogate them using torture and nightmarish hallucinations to get information. It appears as if one of the prisoners, Private Dix, has turned traitor. He is in danger of being killed by his companions when it is discovered that the capture was deliberately conceived by the Earth's military in order to test the ability of the prisoners to hold out against a strange foe.
