Happy Easter from MST3K

Escape Velocity was created by Matt Burch, who has something of soft spot for Mystery Science Theater 3000. Matt programmed at least two MST3K easter eggs into the game. There may be more.

Forklift

Option-click the title screen so you get the EV/MST3K theme. Wait until "-MCB 4:35 A.M." shows up, then hold down control-command-option-shift-F. You'll hear the Forklift theme song "They'll try to kill 'im with a forklift!" The loaded pilot file receives the forklift.

Satellite of Love

Hold down "S", "O" and "L" at the title screen. Eventually you'll come across it in a shipyard.
