Danny Woodburn portrays Carl, a gnome-turned-underground informant for the officers of Special Unit 2.

Veteran actor Woodburn has been entertaining audiences for nearly two decades. He is best known for his four-year stint as Mickey Abbott, Kramer's frequent partner in crime on the long-running, top-rated comedy Seinfeld.

Woodburn's feature-film credits include the dark comedy Death to Smoochy, which stars Robin Williams and Edward Norton; Jingle All the Way; Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas; Things You Can Tell Just by Looking at Her; Lost & Found; and The Magic of the Golden Bear.

He has also been a favorite guest-star on numerous popular television series, including Murder She Wrote, Beverly Hills 90210, Tracey Takes On…, The Home Court and Hunter. He also enjoyed a recurring role on the worldwide television phenomenon Baywatch.

Among Woodburn's made-for-television film credits are Conan the Adventurer, The West Side Waltz and A Spinal Tap Reunion: The 25th Anniversary London Sell-Out.
