UFO PHOTOGRAPHED BY LEAF-WATCHING DUO
FILER'S FILES EXCLUSIVE: Witness Ellie Quigley submitted the following report via e-mail.
"My name is Ellie Quigley and last month in October my aunt and I were driving up to Vermont from Connecticut. While my aunt was driving, I was taking pictures of the colorful foliage. I noticed later, when we got home, that in one of my pictures there are weird streaks in view. When I took the picture I didn't even notice it. I took the picture through the windshield of the rental car we were in."

UNUSUALLY LUMINESCENT CLOUD VIDEOTAPED
FILER'S FILES EXCLUSIVE: BALTIMORE Bill Bean submitted to Filer's Files a videotape of a strange cloud he sighted on October 6, 2002, at 6:35 p.m., just after the sun set. "Virtually all of the clouds in the sky except one appeared cloudy and dark," he wrote. "One was bright and very strange in appearance, as if it were [composed of] electrified plasma."

WITNESS SNAPS UFO IN FAMILY VACATION PIX
FILER'S FILES EXCLUSIVE: WHITE HALL, Va. The following anonymous report was submitted through Peter Davenport of NUFORC:
"On November 9, 2002, I took my family to the reservoir at Sugar Hollow just outside of Shenandoah National Park," the witness said. "I was using a digital camera to take photos of the kids and scenery at 11:51 a.m. and did not notice any object in the sky while on-site. Later, I reviewed the images on the computer and noticed a distant object in one scenic mountain shot.
"A dome-shaped triangular object appears in only one shot, which was taken at 11:51 a.m. The other shots I took were probably spaced 30 seconds to several minutes apart, most of which were in the same general direction as the shot [that contained the] object.
"If this is indeed an object and not some kind of digital noise, I estimate that [it was] somewhere over the National Park. [The] object [appears to be] slightly blurred, which [might] indicate a very high rate of speed, given [my] distance [from the] object and [the day's] sunny [weather]. If it were a balloon, however, I would have likely imaged it in one or more photos I took before and after the one that recorded the object."

DAYLIGHT-IMAGED CHEMTRAILS MIGHT CONTAIN UFOs
FILER'S FILES EXCLUSIVE: MACON, Ga. Annamarie Johnstone reported that daylight photos of chemtrails taken on November 26, 2002, by a witness she identified as "Mr. Heard," contain "anomalous objects." The objects were sighted between a pair of V-shaped chemtrails. Mr. Heard's photos show varying numbers of unidentified objects; the images show either three, six or seven UFOs.

WITNESS VIDEOTAPES DAYLIGHT CYLINDER
FILER'S FILES EXCLUSIVE: PORTSMOUTH Dave Crisp submitted the following sighting report via e-mail.
"While I was videotaping chemtrails in southern Ohio on November 20, 2002," Crisp wrote, "I was looking up and noticed this white cylinder traveling somewhat slower than a jet aircraft [would fly]. ... I thought it was a plane. I am near-sighted, so at the time I thought, 'Big deal, maybe it's a jet connected with the chemtrails, I'll get it on film.'
"After looking at it closely, [I realized] it was not anything I have [ever before] seen."
Crisp submitted images and video footage he asserts were recorded on November 20, 2002, at approximately 3 p.m. The object seems to have made no sound and had no visible lights. Crisp estimated the object's foward velocity at roughly 400 mph, which he thought to be "slow for a UFO."

CRAFT HOVERS ABOVE MIDWESTERN AIR TRAFFIC
FILER'S FILES EXCLUSIVE: HAMMOND, Ind. An anonymous witness claimed, in an e-mail report, that "a craft silently hovered above normal air traffic heading to Chicago at 8:15 p.m. on November 13, 2002." The witness said the craft was motionless for more than 10 minutes, and then "it began to move silently [toward] the southwest, stopped, and remained motionless" for an additional seven to eight minutes. The craft then moved very slowly and silently toward the north, the witness indicated, until it passed behind a tree line and was no longer visible.

FATHER AND DAUGHTER SIGHT GRAY FLYING TRIANGLE
EAU CLAIRE, Wis. Larry D. reported the following sighting via e-mail:
"My daughter Amy saw a flying triangle on November 25, 2002, flying east-southeast directly over our house, three blocks southeast of the airport. The object was lower than a [plane in a] normal landing pattern. It was roughly [50 percent faster than] most jets that land over us. Its shape [resembled that of Stealth aircraft], but [it was] an equilateral triangle, not a pointy triangle [like Stealth aircraft]. It made no noise and was seen for three seconds and gave my daughter "the chills" when she saw it. Its color was a medium gray, not black."

SO. CALIFORNIA DENIZENS SEE LIGHTS
SAN PEDRO, Calif. An unspecified number of anonymous witnesses observed seven to ten red flashing lights in a triangular formation moving "silently and slowly due south" at approximately 7:00 p.m. on November 13, 2002. "Many other small planes in relatively the same area were moving much more quickly" than this group of objects, the witnesses claimed.

HACIENDA HEIGHTS, Calif. The witness, a young woman who asked not to be named, filed the following report with Peter Davenport of NUFORC.
The witness was lying down in the back seat of her boyfriend's car. He was driving her home on November 13, 2002. "I looked toward Turnball Canyon at 6:15 p.m. and saw a huge, round, strange orange object with lots of red and white lights around it," the witness stated. "It was like an upside-down charcoal-gray bowl with red lights around the rim. I could see some white lights underneath the object.
"[It looked] like it was searching for something," the witness continued. "There were little white lights [that were barely visible]. I yelled, 'Is that a UFO?' My boyfriend freaked out when he saw it moving. This thing was huge; [it looked] as big as a hot-air balloon when it is just above the ground.
"Out of excitement, terror or amazement I started tearing up. Then, just as quickly as I had seen it, it was gone."

CIGAR-SHAPED UFO SIGHTED IN SOUTH AMERICA
RIO GRANDE DO SUL, Brazil A cigar-shaped silvery UFO was sighted near several cities near the Brazil-Uruguay border on November 1, 2002. Hundreds of people reported that they saw a silver UFO flying rapidly over the cities of Gravatai, Cachoeirinha and Canoas.
The same day, at 4:35 p.m., a silver UFO was spotted above Praia do Cassino, a town on Brazil's southern Atlantic shore. Eyewitness Eduardo Oliveira reported: "The boys sighted a metallic fuselage [shaped like] a cigar. [It had] no wings and gleamed brilliantly in the sky. As it departed, it resembled a brilliant sphere that gradually diminished in size."
On November 18, 2002, dozens saw a UFO over Casimiro de Abreu that was videotaped by Sergio Chapelin. On November 22, 2002, at 8:50 p.m., "hundreds [of people] saw a ring-shaped object with alternating lights fly over the port city of Santos."

U.K. RELEASES "RENDLESHAM FILE" UFO REPORT
LONDON The Ministry of Defence's restricted "Rendlesham File," a detailed account of a UFO encounter near a Royal Air Force base in Suffolk more than 20 years ago, was finally released by the British government under the Freedom of Information Act.
The sighting of a glowing triangular "strange glowing object" in Rendlesham Forest near RAF Woodbridge in the early hours of December 27, 1980, is described in colorful detail. U.S. Air Force personnel witnessed the object as it hovered in the darkness. The UFO was described as having "blue pulsating lights" that reportedly drove nearby farm animals "into a frenzy."
In the report, entitled "Unexplained Lights," Lt. Col. Charles I. Halt, who in 1980 was the deputy base commander at RAF Bentwaters, witnessed an object emitting a "red, sunlike light" and moving through the trees. Three USAF security patrolmen investigated and saw a strange, glowing triangular metallic object in the forest. It was two to three meters across its base and two meters tall. "It illuminated the entire forest with a white light, a pulsing red light on top, and a bank of blue lights underneath," the patrolmen reported. As the patrolmen approached, it maneuvered through the trees and disappeared. It was then that the animals on a nearby farm became agitated.
The UFO was spotted an hour later near the back gate to RAF Woodbridge. The following morning, Lt. Col. Halt and his men discovered three circular depressions, each seven inches in diameter, in the ground. Radiation measuring 0.1 milliroentgens was recorded in the depressions a level 10 times higher than normal.
That night a "red, sunlike light" was seen throwing off glowing particles. Several personnel observed three starlike objects that moved rapidly for an hour in sharp angular movements and displayed red, green and blue lights. The object farthest to the south was visible for between two and three hours and emitted a "stream of light" toward the ground.
"No evidence was found of any threat to the defense of the United Kingdom," the report states.
